The guided drilling for rock crossing mainly includes simple construction method, double-wall drilling rod drilling method, pneumatic or hydraulic down-the-hole hammer impact rotary guided drilling method, and mud motor guided drilling method. Among them, mud motor driven guided drilling method is currently the most widely used rock guided drilling method at home and abroad. It is suitable for all types of non-excavation drilling machines, especially large non-excavation drilling machines.
The mud motor, also known as a screw drilling tool, is generally used in combination with roller guided drill bits or PDC core bits and wired or wireless probe devices. During normal drilling, the drill rod rotates together with the motor for straight drilling. When guidance is needed, the motor bend axis is adjusted to align with the 12 o'clock direction of the probe, and the drill rod and motor casing do not rotate, but only provide reverse torque and feed force. The motor rotor is driven by the hydraulic drive of the mud pump to rotate the drill bit, thereby achieving guided drilling. The bend angle of the motor used for horizontal directional drilling is generally between 1.5-3 degrees, and different bend angles are chosen according to the curvature of the pipeline design trajectory. The connection form of motor-driven guided drilling is: wireless: drill rod-instrument compartment-motor-roller drill bit. Wired: drill rod-non-magnetic drilling tool-instrument compartment-non-magnetic drilling tool-motor-roller drill bit.
After the orientation hole is completed, the hole is enlarged with the help of hole opener drill bits according to the pipe diameter. The current rock reamer hole openers are roughly divided into two types: one is a fixed toothed roller expansion device, in which the cutting tool is a toothed roller drill bit used for petroleum, which is connected to the center axis and the chassis of the expansion device through welding. The other is a replaceable blade expansion device, which can also replace the blade as the cutting tool. The blades are divided into frame-mounted and suspended mounting according to the installation method.
The use of this kind of roller drill bit has led to a shorter processing cycle.
Applicable to various diameters of rock reamer hole openers (more suitable for medium and small diameters), and applicable to various strata.
According to the characteristics of the drilling rig and different strata conditions, choose the most suitable tooth shape and bearing structure.
The cutting tool has a back leeward inclination, cold-inserted wear-resistant alloy, and reduced wear.
Unique toothed roller anti-off technology to prevent accidents inside the hole caused by the toothed roller falling after the bearing is damaged.
Hydraulic rock breaking, smooth slag discharge, and reduced rock slag accumulation.
Welding process assurance to prevent overheating of the bearing caused by welding. The welding angle of the toothed roller blade is well controlled, extending the service life of the bearing.
The rock reamer hole opener drill bit body is designed with a guide spiral belt, which has a good guiding and slag guiding effect, reducing the repeated crushing of the drill bit.
