(2) The PDC bit should be clamped with a make-up and shackle tool, the bottom of the well is clean, there is no metal falling, the downhole condition is normal, the wellbore is unobstructed, and the bit can go down to the bottom of the well smoothly; the tricone bit should be lightly pressed and slow. Turn smoothly to contact the bottom of the well.


The roller cone bit should be "run-in" for about 1 hour, and then drill according to the design requirements; the PDC bit should be lightly pressed and slowly rotated at the bottom of the hole to "shape" 1-2 meters, so that the bottom of the hole matches the bit, and then follow the design. Parameter drilling.


There are corresponding technical measures for drilling and dealing with abnormal conditions in the well. In the event of a tricone bit accident, it shall be reported truthfully so that correct measures can be taken, and an accident report shall be written in accordance with relevant regulations and requirements.


(3) When loading and unloading the tricone bit, use a bit box that matches the specifications of the bit to avoid damage to the bit body. Under any circumstances, tongs should not be used to bite the slap of the drill bit and the cone body. 2. Basic conditions for the tricone roller bit to enter the well


The type of the drill bit is suitable for the lithology of the formation; when there is no tool, the drill bit protection measures should be taken to avoid damaging the cutting teeth, check whether the "0" ring in the water hole of the drill bit is in good condition, and clean the nozzle.


The roller cone bit presses the nozzle into the water hole by hand or with a wooden stick: During the drilling process of the three cone bit, if it encounters resistance and cannot be hard pressed, according to the different conditions in the well, the pump top is opened in time to pass the water hole, and the small displacement is interrupted to cut the hole. , if it is invalid, it will trip out decisively and handle it according to the reaming procedure.


After drilling, when the drill bit is one single from the bottom of the well, the pump should be turned on to clean the well.
