Thanks to the optimized design of the number of tooth row, the number of teeth, the height of the tooth and the shape of the alloy tooth, the high wear resistance and excellent cutting ability of the button bit have been greatly highlighted. The tooth surface of the steel tooth bit is welded with a new wear-resistant material, which improves the service life of the cutting tooth of the bit while maintaining the high mechanical drilling speed of the steel tooth bit.
In fact, the three cone bit is not as easily damaged during the transportation process as everyone imagined. When it leaves the factory, it is made into sections according to the requirements, so it is easy to store, but the problem to be noted is the problem of friction. In order to avoid this problem, we can tie the three cone bit tightly with a rope. There are some requirements on the rope. A ribbon-shaped rope will have a better effect; you should also note that due to the manufacturing technology of the three cone bit, we should place it in a dry environment to avoid corrosion and keep it away from corrosive things.
